A: All boards at JETPCB are RoHS compliant if the surface treatment is one of following:
     Lead Free HASL, Immersion gold, Immersion Silver, Immersion Tin, Gold Plating, OSP.

Q: Can JETPCB fabricate an irregular shape?
A: JETPCB can do circle, hexagon, octangle etc. without extra charge.  

Q: Can JETPCB confirm the Gerber date for me?

Q: Direction of PTH and NPTH in the drill file.
A: Please mark the information of PTH and NPTH in the drill file 
    Example: T01   0.8mm    24 counts    PTH
                   T02   1.0mm   120 counts   PTH
                   T03   3.5mm    8 counts     NPTH

Q: Unit Conversion.
A:  1ft=12inch
     1inch=1000mil=2.54cm=25.4mm
     1m=100cm=1000mm
     1mm=39.37 mil
     1oz=1.4mil

Q: Can I change or cancel my order after I place the order?
A: To change board order size, quantity, type of circuit board, or send revised files, you must immediately cancel your order and resubmit a new order and zip file.  No changes can be made to an order or files once you receive your order confirmation --  no exceptions. 

Cancellation charge -- 80% of total amount if cancelled within 24Hrs.  You will be charged in full if you cancel the order after 24Hrs.

Q: If I only got the board without the Gerber file, can you fabricate it?
A: We do not accept this kind of order.

Q: Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) ?
A: Comparative Tracking Index is expressed as that voltage which causes tracking after 50 drops  of 0.1 percent ammonium chloride solution have fallen on the material. The results of testing the

    nominal 3 mm thickness are considered representative of the material's performance in any
