How will I know my order is being processed?

All orders are processed in the order they are received. You may always check your order using our online Order Tracking System.
A Hold status will be sent if there is any engineering query.

A description of the engineering query and/or a screen print would be sent highlighting the query via email. Orders with engineering queries are held until the next working day, or until the query is resolved or correspondence with the customer has taken place.

You will get a shipping notification via email when your order shipped.
