9:00AM ~ 5:00PM (EST) Monday through Friday throughout the year (production.) 

 

· Order cutoff time: 5:00PM (EST) 

 

· How to calculate the lead-time? Lead-time is subject to Gerber file (engineering issues) confirmation.
  The day order is processed and confirmed to customer counts as Day 1, 
  and leadtime is computed after that.  
  Orders submitted on-line after 5:00 PM (EST) may not be processed until next business day. 

  This does not include delivery or shipping time.

· Day 1: the time JETPCB confirms the Gerber file without any engineering issue
  and can be processed is counted as day 1.

· Questions about the quotes, orders or others after the business hours will be answered the
  next business day.
